So I decided to make a png pack for no aparent reason at all. I just learned how to make these and they're quite fun to make and I had some time on my hands. It actually came with my theme, but if you want it in your description all you have to do is put < marquee > the text you want to scroll < /marquee >. Without the spaces, of course.
